Techno Skruv should be regarded as a reliable and responsible company that always lives up to its commitments. Our long-term business relationships are the basis for creating added value for our customers, employees and suppliers.
Techno Skruv’s business is run according to the following principles:
- We must always behave in such a way that the company’s interests on the one hand and the customer’s on the other do not conflict.
- All parts of the business must be run in a legally proper manner.
- We respect and comply with obligations towards employees according to national laws and agreements on social protection.
- We distance ourselves from child labour and forced labour.
- We offer our employees the same opportunities regardless of age, skin colour, gender, nationality, religion, sexual orientation or ethnic origin.
- We do not accept discrimination or harassment.
- We offer a safe, healthy and legal working environment and carry out systematic improvement work.
- Our products must satisfy statutory requirements.
- We must work with suppliers who share our values and comply with the legal requirements that apply in their countries, including laws on child labour and other workers’ rights.
